DRIFT

2009 River & Rowing Museum, Henley-upon-Thames

Working with children from local schools aged 7-11 years, we visited the exhibition, shared ideas about what contemporary art practice could be and how climate change might affect us all.  We then looked at the River Thames nearby and facilitated a poetry workshop using themes around The River to inspire them.  We formed these texts into a long, shared poem, which was later exhibited with a series of images that the children had made using photographs they had taken and digital projection techniques.
